Architecture and Design

Enterprise & Business Architecture

Through the analysis of business structure and processes, IntelliTeK can support enterprise and
business architecture through the following:

  • Development of technology roadmaps to support business and ICT strategies
  • Development and dissemination of ICT standards taking into account the impact on legacy
    technologies and facilitating the adoption of future trends

Information Architecture

With IntelliTek, information architecture covers all sources and forms of information that define
“enterprise architecture”.

Solution Architecture

Solution architecture encompasses the development of technology solutions. This being with the
purpose of delivering business requirements within the guidelines of enterprise architecture, when
available. With IntelliTek, this includes:

  • Development of technical specifications
  • Development of solution designs
  • Selection of technology components
  • Benchmarking

Benchmarking includes identifying accurate historical and/or current data against which a data set can be compared now and/or in the future. At IntelliTek, we have extensive experience in the identification, adaption, and adoption of benchmarking processes.

Data Centre

Data Centre Services

At IntelliTek, we can provide expert advice and recommendations regarding data centre services. This includes migration strategies, future data centre operating, and governance models including best practices such as ITIL. We are able to provide the following:

  • Assistance with key strategic documents
  • Provision of services to assist with actual migration activities
  • Provision of services associated with data centre operational activities including delivery “as a Service”. (Note: All other data centre services are provided under the NSW Government’s
  • Data Centre lease arrangement with Metronode Pty Ltd.)

  • Peripherals (for example – racks, leads, cable trays)

End User Computing

Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance including delivery “as a service”

Installation, configuration, and maintenance includes ordering equipment, delivery, installation of
operating systems, and decommissioning of existing equipment. These services are offered as per
government requirements.

Management including delivery “as a service”

We are able to facilitate the provisioning of infrastructure services and the associated supporting
resources that enable SLAs to be met to our customer’s satisfaction. As a result, your workforce can undertake core business functions that are dependent on the underlying desktop technology

Management including delivery “as a service” includes:

  • Monitoring and analysis
  • Backup and recovery
  • Software licence administration
  • Updates installed as required in line with agreed timeframes
  • Hardware including delivery “as a service”

Through our wide range of industry-leading vendor relationships, we are able to supply personal
computers, notebooks, and laptops, including full “as a service”. Monitors can also be provided with the end-user device. (Note: Excludes the capital acquisition of any device meeting the Government Standard Specification under the ICT Hardware Agreement 888).

We are able to supply computer monitors, including full “as a service”. (Note: Excludes the capital
acquisition of any device meeting the Government Standard Specification under the ICT Hardware
Agreement 888).

Other End User Computing Devices including delivery “as a service”

At IntelliTek, we are able to supply any computer-based end-user computing devices that are not
included in any other sub-categories under the “End User Device” category as detailed above. This
includes workstations, and thin and zero clients. (Note: Excludes the capital acquisition of any device meeting the Government Standard Specification under the ICT Hardware Agreement 888).


ICT Strategy

We’re experienced in the provisioning of strategic vision and documentation associated with
